Massage Therapy Options
*All massage therapy sessions include pranic energy sweeping of the body and limbs in order to enhance energetic cleansing and re-balancing. Sessions will also include a smoke/incense cleansing to uplift and revitalize each client. Sound bowl therapy will also be offered at the end of every treatment in order to ground and awaken each client after the session.*
Swedish Massage
$80 – 60 minutes
$120 - 90 minutes

Swedish massage sessions include a full body massage with slow, rhythmic, and relaxing movements working towards the heart. Massage pressure will range from light to medium based on each client’s needs. Swedish massage is ideal for clients wishing to take a break from life to relax their mind and body.
Deep Tissue Massage
$100 – 60 minutes
$150 - 90 minutes
$200 - 120 minutes
Deep tissue massage sessions include a full body massage or an entire session focused solely on problem areas. Massage pressure will range from medium to deep pressure and may involve trigger point therapy if necessary. Deep tissue sessions are ideal for athletes, construction workers, hair stylists, healthcare workers, or anyone else who regularly puts a lot of strain on their bodies. Please note that deep tissue sessions may leave you feeling sore in targeted areas after treatment.
Myofascial Release Therapy
$80 – 60 minutes
$120 - 90 minutes
$160 - 90 minutes
Myofascial release therapy sessions include a very slow approach to muscle tissues. Therapists will locate various knots and tightness to apply slow and steady pressure with various techniques until the muscle fibers begin to release. Myofascial release therapy is highly recommended for clients recovering from injuries, clients who still struggle with lasting effects from previous injuries, clients with knots and tightness that refuse to go away, and clients with any kind of tightness or discomfort that has begun to limit movement and mobility.
Energy Therapy Options
Energy therapy techniques help to restore the mental, emotional, and spiritual state of each client no matter what they’re facing. Stress, depression, anxiety, grief, and many other difficulties can be eased with the multitude of energy healing practices we offer here at Wellness Redesigned.
Reiki Energy Healing
$60 - 60 minutes
Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing technique based on the principle that therapists can channel energy into and through clients by the means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the client’s body in order to restore physical and emotional well-being.
Pranic Energy Healing
$100 - 90 minutes
Pranic energy healing sessions include 90 minutes of cleansing and re-balancing of all energetic fields and chakras. Basic healing sessions include an overall healing experience. Advanced sessions offer deeper healing for more problematic issues and illnesses. Pranic psychotherapy addresses the energetic imbalances related to emotional or psychological problems. Please be sure to arrive early in order to discuss which therapy treatment will be best for you.

$10 - One Card Draw (10-15 minutes)
