New clients MUST arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before their first session in order to review and sign all forms and policies. Client’s who do not arrive with enough time to complete these forms will forfeit however much time it takes to finish the documents out of their session in order to get it done. These forms are very thorough, so PLEASE be sure to arrive with enough time!

All sessions require a deposit of half the total session amount when booking. The remaining session price is due at time of treatment. Gratuity may be paid at any time between booking and the end of treatment sessions.

All cancellations and appointment changes MUST be made 24 hours before the scheduled appointment day/time. Any cancellations and changes made within this window will be adjusted promptly.

Cancellations/appointment changes made LESS than 24 hours are considered a “late cancel” and will not be eligible for rescheduling. The remaining session balance WILL be charged to the card on file. Client’s still wishing to re-book after “late canceling” will need to leave another deposit for their new session.

Alcohol consumption, substance use, and inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Any clients who appear to be under the influence will be turned away and will forfeit their entire session and session price. Client’s who behave inappropriately or harass staff in any way will be dealt with by the proper authorities swiftly and without question. Any remaining balances for either situation will be charged to the card on file with no exceptions.

All sales and bookings are final. No refunds. Any adjustments that must be made will be made in session credits. All therapists reserve the right to cancel or reschedule at any time for any reason. In the case of a therapist cancellation or inclement weather, any scheduled sessions will be rescheduled with all credits transferred to the new date/time.
